Freshly painted white, new fan and mid-century modern bedroom with a cozy feel. We were able to save television in it's original space.

Townhouse, 3 Bedroom

This 2017 townhome has great bones, but its current style is stuck in a bygone era. With a few strategic updates and a modern touch, it has the potential to be truly stunning once again.

This is also a new master shower with illuminated niche and linear drain. All toilets are now wall mounted. The new shower door is on rollers instead of the swing of the door.

The master bathroom got the full make over with new vanity, A new spa bathtub was also added.

The Master Closet got a full make over with custom millwork and a space for everything.

We created a luxury look with the wall paneling that continued up from the bottom floor along with the crown molding. We replaced the tv stand with a new electric fireplace and were able to mount the television above the fireplace mantel. The new wood flooring on the stairs and wall paneling gives it a clean look.

The steps up to the platform used to be carpet so they were replaced with wood floor. We also used decorative wall paneling to give it a luxury look when walking into the home.

Giving the kitchen cabinets an update that they have been needing for a while. We changed the top cabinets to walnut finish while the lower cabinets went grey. This gives a more modern smooth look. With soft closing drawers and doors these worked out perfectly. The countertop didn't go well with the dark floors so we went white carrara. With new faucet and deep sink.

While the room is fun, every piece was intentionally selected to balance aesthetics with youthful energy.

Guest bathroom has a new look. Floating shelf, walk in shower, and wall mounted toilet.
